We have recently installed and are now commissioning a hard anodizing plant specifically designed to treat aluminium cylinders for a major Italian firm, provider of precision components for the automotive industry, which since 1996 relies on Cisart’s capabilities as its main supplier of reliable anodizing plants.

Compared to other suppliers, Cisart is definitely the one which meets such expectations thanks to almost 50 years of field practice which led to the acquisition of a precious know how, associated with a growing team of trained staff ready to meet the many different expectations from customers at the four corners of the world.
This new installation is located in the Northern province of Brescia and was fully designed, delivered and erected by Cisart’s team of technicians in just 4 months from the date of acquisition of the order. The line boasts some outstanding features. Besides having all tank frames made of AISI 316/304 stainless steel and bodies either of stainless steel or of PPS, a fireproof grade of polypropylene, the line includes also an electrolytic degreasing tank and air knives to remove hidden fluids from inside the cylinders.
In line with our general standards, the plant comprises fumes suction and treatment equipment, as demanded by current Italian safety norms. Finally, the line’s software is interconnected with the factory’s main EDP centre.
