CONVENTIONAL
DECORATIVE ANODIZING

Conventional decorative anodizing is the main core business of Cisart since 1973 as a reliable partner of choice for the turn key supply of efficient and reliable conventional anodizing plants newly engineered on customer specifications.

When it comes to productivity, plant automation, sustainable water management and an efficient use of available energy resources there is no other option.
All plants, either for architectural use or in automotive, aerospace and other similar industries, usually involve large numbers and demand an accurate thickness and colour consistency.

Product sizes vary a lot, from very small to extremely long, such as the 14,2 metres long profiles treated at one of the installations recently made in the United Arab Emirates.

In association with major equipment manufacturers and most specialty chemicals suppliers, Cisart’s staff of engineers accurately accommodates any of their technical demands aimed at assuring a no surprise soft plant commissioning and future trouble free operations.

CHEMICAL BRIGHTENING

Chemical brightening is a demanding process because of the highly corrosive and dangerous fumes developed when the polishing tank is in operation.

Therefore at Cisart all equipment are very carefully engineered and manufactured with the highest grade material only and in full respect of the environment and of the workers attending the plant.

DIP MULTICOLORING

Dip multicolouring is a techinique for coloured anodized aluminium is beautiful and most plants include at least one colouring system.
When many different bright colours are needed dyeing would be the first answer.

However, this normally involves many individual colouring tanks, each with at least one associated rinse.
When several colours are involved this translates in a very long line. The solution is a single colouring tank, accompanied by one or two rinses and a set of adjoining storage vessels, one for each colour, from which a replacement colour may quickly be pumped in the emptied coloring tank when changing colours.

Colours and rinses may be replaced automatically in as little as less than an hour thanks to high flow rate pumps and a well engineered hydraulic circuit.
