Cisart ended year 2020 with the start up and commissioning of a dies cleaning plant nearby our premises at Alumec company in Rudiano, Province of Brescia. Cisart, indeed, besides designing, manufacturing and erecting aluminium anodizing and painting lines supplies plants for cleaning dies of the aluminium extrusion presses.
Our customer Alumec is one of the most renowned companies in our aluminium district as it designs, develops and manufactures aluminium profiles of very different shapes since 1972, having recently acquired a more dynamic profile with the acquisition of a new management. Cisart has arranged a complete revamping of a pre-existing line at Alumec; besides supplying and erecting two soda tanks suitable for the dies cleaning, we have equipped the plant with a fumes suction line needed to remove fumes developed from both tanks. These tanks are also complete with six-blade electrical mixers controlled by inverter and able to keep the solution suspended, as to create turbulence in the tank and speed up the processing times.
In addition Cisart has supplied a control board with a PLC needed to operate automatically as regards the tanks and all the accessories working; besides an operator panel which allows a fast setting of the processing parameters and a new pneumatic panel which controls via the PLC the tanks lids and all the valves for the solution charging, discharging and recirculating. Our technical staff has also provided and installed all the hydraulic material to connect the new line and all the pre-existing equipments.
At the beginning of the new year 2021 our dies cleaning plant is already operating and Cisart keeps on supporting the customer on site during the first plant workings.
