Cisart completed the mechanical and electrical assembly of the anodizing line at Alumet in the Netherlands. Further to testing each machine, our technical staff supported by the software engineer started the plant commissioning with the dry test.
The dry test verifies the plant handling equipment by checking the process timing with our automated bridgecranes and all the automated components working.
Afterwards the wet production test was carried out by filling the tanks with process water and chemicals: this test consists in performing the first anodizing, colouring and electrocolouring surface treatments of the aluminium items.
The plant is already operating at Alumet and Cisart is proud of supplying a turnkey anodizing line with high technical performance, suitable to producing large quantities of goods and manufactured with special care to environmental protection and operator safety.
